Jeff is working on residential, renovation, and addition projects.  He does programming, schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration on these projects.

Jeff also manages his own business affairs in the following ways:

Marketing and promotion—developed and implements a marketing plan; promotes him-self via social media, socializing with builders, and servicing his customers; and nurturing relationships by delivering a high quality service to customers and taking care of former customers and colleagues. 

Sales—meets with prospective clients, presents his case, prepares and presents proposals for services, and, after closing the deal,  prepares and presents design-work for the project

Accounting—bills customers for services, pays his own bills, tracks expenses, and stays solvent

Project Management—develops a game-plan to complete his own projects, then implements the plan and finishes the projects to the satisfaction of his customers
